ACE List 2025: Over 100 Ghanaian employers recognized for people‑centered practices

Supreme Healthcare Management Services is pleased to announce the publication of the Authentic Caring Employer (ACE) List 2025, a comprehensive national mapping of organizations in Ghana that demonstrate publicly verifiable indicators of people-centered leadership, employee care, and mental-health responsiveness.

Developed through extensive secondary research, industry data analysis, and insights drawn from HR recognition schemes and client engagements, the ACE List highlights companies exhibiting strong, visible indicators of employer care. These include workplace well-being initiatives, supportive leadership practices, mental-health responsiveness, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), and people-focused operational culture.

Supreme Healthcare Management Services emphasizes that the ACE List is not a certification, ranking, or award. Instead, it serves as a pre-qualification directory, identifying organizations that reflect positive workplace behaviours and inviting them to participate in the evidence-based nomination and verification process for the EAP Africa Summit and ACE Awards 2026 happening May 16, 2026.

The ACE Awards recognizes organizations and leaders translating authentic care into measurable impact, driving improved productivity, workforce resilience, and sustainable economic growth. The Awards will be anchored by Deloitte Ghana, the Official Awards External Statistician, bringing global best practice analytics, governance, and credibility to the recognition of excellence in authentic caring leadership.

This years maiden edition list features more than one hundred organizations, reflecting a growing national commitment to employee well-being and the rising importance of mental health and workplace culture in Ghanas corporate landscape. The scale and diversity of organizations included points to a notable shift toward people-first policies, stronger workforce support systems, and a broader understanding of the connection between employee well-being and business performance.

Through the ACE List 2025, we are observing substantial progress across industries, said Patience Osekre, MD of Supreme Healthcare Management Services. More companies are adopting intentional well-being strategies and demonstrating leadership behaviours that put people at the center of organizational success. This list shines a light on that momentum and encourages continuous improvement.

Organizations featured on the ACE List will now have the opportunity to undergo formal assessment, submit evidence, and complete the verification process required for participation in the ACE Awards 2026, which honoursexemplary employers advancing mental health and employee well-being in Ghana.

Supreme Healthcare Management Services congratulates all organizations identified on the list and encourages continued commitment to creating safe, supportive, and high-performance workplaces.
