Patience Osekre

Patience Osekre is a Psychotherapist and a Wellness Consultant trained in the UK with a wealth of experience and expertise in providing Emotional and Psychological Services for Individuals, Groups and Organizations. She holds a Master’s Degree in Psychotherapy and Bachelor’s Degree in Social Policy/Social Work and a Diploma in Theology. She has worked for many years in a Managerial position within the Public/ Statutory sector, as well as the Private and Voluntary Sector in the UK. She has substantial experience in working in Corporate Organizations, Universities, Schools, Airlines, Banking, and other Institutions. She is currently the Managing Director of Supreme Healthcare Management services and EAP-Africa (Subsidiary) in Ghana.

 

The Company provides Employee Assistance Programs and Holistic Wellness Service / Consultancy for Oil Companies, Embassies, Schools, Clinics, hospitals, and other Corporate Institutions. She leads a Multi-disciplinary Team of Professionals in delivering a wide range of Employee Well-Being Services to Corporate organizations, education and financial institutions, and the Airline Industry. Her clients include Employees and families in corporate settings such as Stanbic Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, Barclays/ABSA Tullow Oil, Schlumberger, American Embassy, Coca-Cola, Bayport, GIZ, etc.

 

Patience has an immense wealth of experience in working with both children/adults who have complex Emotional and Psychological problems such as, Trauma, Anger Management, Low self-esteem/value, Anxiety, Stress Management, Drug/Alcohol/Food addiction, Weight Management issues, Depression, Relationship/Marital Issues, loss and bereavement, bullying, trauma, Panic attacks, Obsessive compulsive disorder, Phobias, intrusive /suicidal thoughts, lifestyle choices and many more! She has been involved in a lot of Child Abuse/Child Protection Research in the UK which has helped to promote and safeguard the welfare needs and Best Interests of Children and Young People.

 

Promoting the emotional and psychological well-being of people has been a huge passion that always fuels her zeal, commitment, and determination to improve their quality of life. She is currently writing a book entitled “Emotional Literacy”. She is a registered SHMS-LEADING EXPERT IN CORPORATE WELLNESS PROMOTION Page 7 member of BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists), UK; and a registered member of HCPC (Health &Care Professionals Council), UK.
